Hello! I'm Jneé Hill, LCSW, LICSW

Psychotherapist. Author. Encourager of curiosity. Teacher of tools. Fellow traveler on your journey.

As a Licensed Therapist in New York City, the Hudson Valley, and Massachusetts, I aim to help you gain a greater awareness and become more deliberate about the words you choose, the thoughts you think, and the actions you take. Depression and anxiety may have a grip on you, but together, we can put the reins of life back in your hands.

I provide individual therapy which is collaborative, compassionate, and uniquely tailored to you. I strongly value the process of helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your emotions, and your goals. I work to help you see your personal narrative and how it is serving you in life.

I received my Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University, a certificate from NYU's Silver School of Social Work in Advanced Assessment and Diagnosis, and my BA in Philosophy and Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am also a Certified EMDR therapist affiliated with The National Institute for the Psychotherapies.

I appreciate Jneé's responsiveness, professionalism, and compassion and am grateful for the opportunities I've had to work closely with her. She does this within a prescriptive and supportive step-by-step manual that is easy to read, internalize and execute. It is my new favorite reference when working with patients!"
